For the first ever play as a university, “Little Shop of Horrors” will be featured in late October and is rich in a star-studded cast comprised of TWU students. The play will be lead by Tyler Peadan who is set to act out the role of Seymour; an orphan who happens to be in love with a young girl named Audrey “Played by Leslie Arnold”.
John Ferguson, the new director here at TWU prepares his actors/actresses with over forty years as a professional actor underneath his belt in experience. Ferguson has performed internationally and has been a part of events such as the Edinburgh theater festival in Scotland, as well as the Avingon theater festival in France. He also holds a BA in theater, BA in French, as well as a masters in education.
The play itself will feature mostly a female cast and thrives off of organic relationships along with emotion throughout the duration of the play. Make sure you check come check out the “Little Shop of Horrors” on November 4th, 5th, and 6th to see it live at Tennessee Wesleyan University!
